Description: RB500 is an improved product based on original RB500 to provide higher gloss, and better degassing effect.
Appearance: White fine powder
Melt ranges: 105-135 celsiur scale
Volatiles: Less than 0.5%
Application: Aid to reduce coating melt-flow viscosity and improve resin binder to substrate wetting and pigment dispersing properties. Therefore, the smooth surface and better appearance can be obtained.
Co***red to original SA500, this product provides higher gloss, improved DOI and better degassing effect. The usage level is 0.5-1.5% by total weight of formulation.
It can be added at the premix stage of powder coating manufacturing and extruded with the other components of formulation by any suitable extruder, then, Grinding and Sieve-passing.
